🌯 Quick Chicken Caesar Wraps

Ingredients (Makes 4 wraps):

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, chopped or shredded (rotisserie chicken works great)

  • ½ cup Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)

  • 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped

  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese

  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved (optional)

  • 4 large flour tortillas (10-inch)

  • Salt & black pepper, to taste

Optional Add-ins: croutons for crunch, bacon bits, or sliced avocado


Instructions:

  1. Mix Filling

    • In a bowl, combine chicken, Caesar dressing, lettuce, parmesan, and cherry tomatoes.

    • Toss until well coated. Taste and season with salt/pepper if needed.

  2. Assemble Wraps

    • Lay out tortillas on a flat surface.

    • Spoon filling down the center of each tortilla.

  3. Wrap

    • Fold the sides over the filling, then roll up tightly like a burrito.

  4. Serve

    • Slice in half and serve immediately.

    • For a warm version, lightly toast the wrap in a skillet or panini press.
