🍤 Garlic Butter Shrimp with Rice
Ingredients (Serves 2–3):

1 lb large shrimp, peeled & deveined (tails on or off)

2 Tbsp olive oil
-
3 Tbsp butter, divided
-
4 cloves garlic, minced
-
½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for spice)

1 Tbsp lemon juice (plus lemon wedges for serving)

2 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (or 1 tsp dried parsley)

Salt & black pepper, to taste

3 cups cooked white rice (jasmine, basmati, or brown rice)
Instructions:

Prepare Shrimp

Pat shrimp dry with paper towels.

Season lightly with salt and black pepper.

Cook Shrimp

In a large skillet, heat olive oil and 2 Tbsp butter over medium-high.

Add shrimp in a single layer. Cook 1–2 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside.

Make Garlic Butter Sauce
-
In the same skillet, add remaining 1 Tbsp butter.

Stir in garlic and red pepper flakes, cooking 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add lemon juice and parsley, stirring well.

Combine & Serve

Return shrimp to the skillet, tossing in the garlic butter sauce.

Serve immediately over hot cooked rice.
