Greek Yogurt Parfaits Recipe
Ingredients:

- Fresh mint leaves
- A drizzle of honey or maple syrup

Instructions:
Prepare the Yogurt Mixture:
- In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Mix well until smooth and evenly sweetened. Adjust the sweetness according to your taste.
Prepare the Berries:
- Wash the fresh berries thoroughly. If using strawberries, slice them into smaller pieces for easier layering.
Assemble the Parfaits:
- Choose your serving glasses or bowls. For a traditional parfait, clear glass jars or cups work best to show off the layers.
